Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Queuepid app and website. By creating an account or using Queuepid you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What Queuepid is
Queuepid helps you discover films, TV shows, books, podcasts, and games by learning your taste from your swipes and recommending what to try next. It is currently provided free of charge, and parts of the service are in testing.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Queuepid.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time — see Delete my account.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service. In particular, don't attempt to access other users' data, disrupt or overload the service, reverse-engineer it, use it to send spam, or post content in your profile that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Content and data sources
Media titles, artwork, and ratings are supplied by The Movie Database (TMDB) and other catalogue sources. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. All film, TV, and other media artwork remains the property of its respective owners.
Testing period
While Queuepid is in testing, features may change, break, or be removed, and data created during the test may be reset. We'll try to avoid resets, but by taking part in a test you accept that possibility.
Service and liability
Queuepid is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees you'll enjoy anything we surface. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be flagged in the app or by email, and the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Continuing to use Queuepid after a change means you accept the updated terms.
