Delete my account

You can have your Queuepid account and all data associated with it permanently deleted at any time. Deletion covers your account (email, display name), profile, preferences, swipes, and lists.

How to request deletion

1. Email us from the address you signed up with, so we can verify it's you.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my Queuepid account".
3. We'll confirm and delete your account and data within 30 days (usually much sooner).

Sent from a different email? Include your account email in the message and we may ask a verification question.

What is kept

Nothing tied to your identity. Rolling database backups expire automatically shortly after deletion. Records we're legally required to keep (e.g. a note that a deletion request was fulfilled) contain no profile or activity data.
