Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 July 2026

Queuepid ("we", "us") is a media discovery app operated by its developer in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Queuepid app, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. Contact for anything privacy-related: ginoginelli@gmail.com.

What we collect

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers, and we do not run third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

Why we collect it

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where your data lives

Account, preference, and activity data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Data may be processed outside the UK; where that happens, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Third-party services

How long we keep it

Your data is kept while your account exists. When your account is deleted, your account, preference, and activity data is deleted with it. Backups expire on a rolling schedule shortly after.

Deleting your account

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time — see Delete my account. We action requests within 30 days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to the processing of, and delete your personal data. Email ginoginelli@gmail.com to exercise any of these. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Children

Queuepid is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll note it here with a new "last updated" date and, where appropriate, tell you in the app.
